This company is run by a bunch of dishonest brokers who do not know where their furniture is made, who claim it is made in the U.S.A. but it's actually from Asia. My very expensive furniture arrived with a warning due to the chemicals that were used in manufacturing. When I demanded a refund because of this as well as the cheap quality they told me they could not help since my designer had ordered it. Top quality sofa and chair! No comparison to Flexsteel. I first ordered flexsteel when it came the sofa had a hole in it and the chair had a stain. House of Oak said they would repair. I asked for a refund and ordered Sherrill from Dayton Interiors. Night and day difference in service and quality. As my late husband use to say it only costs a $1 more to go first class. This was more than a $1 but oh so worth it!!! Got a fabulous oriental rug from them too!
