Purchased a trailer from Hayden and it was so easy. Good value and gave us suggestions that were really helpful. Sarah arranged the transfer and handover and she was also very helpful. We had travelled up from Hobart and it was really worth the trip. Highly recommended.
The staff at sheriff caravans are great. We are travelling at the moment in our new src19. The ensuite door moved and was scratching the floor. We arrived in Tas on Thursday and camped about 15 mins from their factory. I rang Hayden and he talked me through the warranty process and he got me in on Fri morning. They fixed the door and a couple of other small issues while they had the van. An excellent job done. Thankyou Hayden and the team.
Staff were quite abrupt. Went in to enquire about the Kings range as they so proudly advertise, and explained we were looking to buy multiple items. Upon mentioning that we had seen the same item a substantial amount cheaper elsewhere the woman because quite bitey, using phrase “well I’ll get it up on the computer if you don’t believe that’s how much freight would cost you to get it” when we had not once said we did not believe her that freight for that specific brand would be that much, we were just able to get one cheaper ... read more
