I had a great massage at this place. My therapist Suzanne was very friendly and down to earth. I appreciate that she listened to my concerns. I have veryyyyy tense muscles due to poor posture. Even though I'm ticklish/sensitive I didn't flinch much. After the massage I felt renewed and at peace. I feel like the side effects have lasted days now. Definitely recommend. This is one of the BEST massage therapy places you can go to in the upstate, trust.
Suzanne is amazing! She has a firm therapeutic touch but also gives an excellent relaxation massage. Her treatment room is like a garden. It was so relaxing! She did a little deep tissue around my shoulders. I had an immediate release but no soreness afterwards. I can't wait to come back
I've been struggling with hip flexor pain. I hurt them in the gym months ago, and it has been a lingering issue. I've tried everything; rest- my MD- physical therapy -chiropractor- and other massage places. I first tried massage at the chiropractor and it was "meh" - I then tried another place a few times and it was better- but not fixing the issue.
