Sherri told me one thing in our appointment messed up my medical renewal paperwork and lied to me as so did her nurse about the situation and levels she could prescribe per law. At the appointment agreed to increase my dosage but then when I got upset it wouldn't be enough to cover my pain and suffering from an assault dismissed me from her care.
