Not only was I recently told my policies weren't merged when the system transferred and failed to merge them and they're cheaper merged but cant be backdated , I was then dropped for attempting to file a claim that was refused anyway. The staff is nice but the company they endorse and work for is disappointing.
Nicole took time to answer several questions i had and explained in detail about many other issues i had. Very professional and a real joy to work with. Thank you again!
