The Service Department really failed on helping me with my Chevy Traverse. They failed to return my phone calls, email. I ended up taking my car from this dealership and towed to McCurley. McCurley diagnosed it was a broken piece in my transmission that would be covered by an extended warranty on transmission. Also arranged for me to receive a GMC Terrain as a rental so I would not be without a vehicle while mine was being repaired. I'm glad McCurley took the time to take care of me. I would just like to take a minute to say a huge THANK YOU to one of the best salesman I've ever had the pleasure to meet. I recently came along with my parents during the purchase of their new 2015 Chevrolet. Gus Fudge was their salesman. He was awesome!!! So helpful and respectful. Truly a genuinely nice guy!
