I haven’t actually bought a car from Sherrell Chevrolet but I might have, had I not gone up to see a car that they told me would be ready for me to test drive ... only to get up there and see that the car was not pulled out and ready for me. This past week I purchased a 2020 Traverse. I live in Arizona, but the specifics in the vehicle I wanted could not be located close to home. Tyler worked out the details, without any pressure or games. It was reassuring to see a dealership that was a throwback to the days before all the impersonal chain stores. I was beyond impressed when they arranged for Klint to pick me up at the airport before dealing with all the paperwork and answering the last minute questions. I wouldn't recommend the shop or sales had my rig worked on and had half axles falling off on my way home so that I could be lied to and treated like I dont know anything about an engine. To have this kind of people skills coming from the top down they need some changes to say the least and anyone should expect better work out of an ASE certified shop.
I bought a 2010 silverado 1500 from them. 2 days later it wouldnt start...dead battery. Checking out the battery i found that it wasnt a truck battery...it was a john deer tractor battery...so i replaced it with a new optima. 3 days later, wouldnt start...low battery. Further research revealed a parasitic power drain. Im still searching for the source. I will never buy from Sherell Chevrolet again, and i will recomend to anyone and everyone to NOT buy from Sherell Chevrolet. They are not honest.
