Appreciation no the one thing I don't understand is if you have new product in your product has increased you tell the person before applying the product to their hair you don't tell them and then charge them extra especially when the person has not been back in over a year not to mention leaving relaxer perm in someone's hair for so long to wear it burns so bad I really couldn't believe that she was extremely rough on my head but in the end my hair did look amazing thank you
