It seems as this is a very active attorney firm. If you are impatient (as I am) and needing constant contact with your attorney, this is not the place to go. But retrospect, they are a good office, especially for Probate actions and such.
I recently contacted the firm to find out more information about an upcoming appointment. I was transferred to a paralegal who was extremely aggressive and hostile. My family and myself included have been clients of Richard Tizzano for years and had been extremely pleased. When I called to ask to speak with Mr. Tizzano to relay my horrible experience with the paralegal legal I was informed he had retired. I don't honestly know if there are any attorneys at this firm. Nice receptionist, but beyond that ghost and dust. I have been trying to just talk to someone for the last week and a half! NOTHING!
