A wonderful addition to Steamboat. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. The food quality is excellent and portions are large. My kids love exploring new dishes from the other side of the world. It used to be a sports bar so expect sports bar vibes. That's the only real drawback of the restaurant.
I’ve grown up with Nepalese/Indian food for most of my life and am so excited when I find a wonderful restaurant in the mountains. Sherpas is by far the best Nepalese in steamboat. From their warm chai to their buttered chicken you can’t go wrong. Consistency is always key, and having dietary restrictions, Sherpas always can accommodate. Thank you for bringing your wonderful cuisine to our mountain town.
We had a wonderful butter lamb and rack of lamb tonight. Both mains included saffron rice. Everything was seasoned perfectly, and the lamb was very tender. Highly recommended!
