We've look at the website and there was a shipping issue shipping to Hawaii. Zack of Sherpa contacted me via email and phone text and have resolved the problem. Installed the rack on my 2024 Subaru Outback. I am completely satisfied. Was pretty nervous about having to drop the headliner. But the linked YouTube videos for headliner drop and rack install made it happen. Did take some time (6 hrs) doing it by myself. But result was worth it for me. I'll be putting a TopOak RTT on it, an awning and a Joolca Ensuit shower.
Great product! All materials appear to be properly coated to prevent any corrosion. The included hardware pack had hardware for multiple different applications. Definitely worth the price for the quality you get!
Sherpa is an excellent company to do business with. Both the roof rack and the attachments for it, are very high quality. Fit and finish are perfect. Their customer service folks were very helpful when I had questions regarding the install of my rack. Keep up the good work!
My side rail cracked on my Crestone roof rack. I emailed the guys pictures of it and within 4 days, I received a new side rail. AMAZING customer service!! I was blown away. Lifetime customer!
