I previously posted a 5 star review years ago but I had to revise it recently. I normally don't post reviews, particularly of doctors but I saw my prior post from 6+ years ago and knew a 5-star rating was no longer deserved. After being a patient for almost 18 years, I had to seek care elsewhere. My last visit 2 years ago was abysmal. I waited an hour and a half to be seen only to be talked to rudely and dismissively. I was a patient for almost 9 years, but recently the long wait times, limited time with the physician, and lack of communication from the office have been very disappointing. I called five times to reschedule a procedure I was told was urgent and never received a return call. Sadly, the level of care and responsiveness has declined and I have chosen to seek care elsewhere.

I called in to make an appointment as a new patient, I explained that I had Cigna as a primary and Medicaid as a secondary and was told That doctor cousins does not take Medicaid OK great I still have a primary then I was told that legally they would have to bill the Medicaid, which is not true because I work in insurance then when I called back to speak with a supervisor the story then changed. although I have primary insurance through Cigna was told that because I have Medicaid as a secondary doctor cousins, don’t wish to ... read more

I know someone being seen by this doctor, and she WITHOUT ASKING PERMISSION did a cervical check on my friend at 29 weeks pregnant. Had she asked, my friend would have declined. This is unethical. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

If I could rate 0 I would. Had an appointment on 5/6/26 @2:45, didn’t see Dr until 4:10. I was told that she would send my prescription in and that it should be ready by the time I got back home to the Danville Walmart. Yes, I drove 45 minutes to Dr, which is really not an issue. Here it is 5/7/26 2:00 and still no prescription has been sent in.
