Started out well. Now I cannot get a text or phone call back. Used Sherola services sparingly (my unit I don't rent), when completed place looked great. Last time out not so good! Missing beach towels, wrong linen (mine had initials on them), used my washer & dryer (very small) - agreed never to be used by Sherola. Camille still has my keys and is refusing to return text or phone calls. She's been paid in full! I recommend going elsewhere. I would have never paid had I not been traveling (lesson learned). This cleaning service was incredible. They were so nice and helpful. I have never seen the house cleaner than when they were done cleaning it. Tremendous service. Five stars.

Best cleaning service in the mountains. Pays keen attention to detail, takes pride in her work very flexible and communicates with you through the whole process. Extremely effective love everything about Sherola’s cleaning services 10/10 definitely recommend.
