I moved into this building about two months ago and have had a great experience so far. A special shout-out to Mathew from the leasing office. He was extremely professional, friendly, and took the time to clearly explain all the lease terms and building rules. He also helped me get the best promotions available at the time of move-in, which I really appreciated. He made the entire renting process smooth and stress-free. My family and I have been living in the building since December 2025. We truly think the units are beautifully renovated, and the amenities are great. However, we have been experiencing several ongoing maintenance issues in our unit that have not been properly resolved. When we moved in, we noticed that the living room floors were already scratched, and in two of the bedrooms, the floor tiles near the windows are lifting. I am very pleased with the professionalism from the management staff (Matthew and Claudia). Moving in was very smooth. Unit is beautiful and the building is very well maintained. The indoor pool and gym is amazing. 🤩
Good building with larger than usual apartments and good maintenance. I’ve been here for 7 years and seen many improvements. No complaints.
