This is the kind of place that adds $$ to the bill at the end, with charges they didn’t inform you of. Then act innocent and like I am the one that is crazy for being confused.

BEWARE of this salon that will scam young girls out of money and say that their card was "declined". My Teenager came in to get her nails done, when she was finished they charged her card 3 different times for different amounts, When I called to get a refund after being on the phone with my bank getting proof and calling them about it, they still denied these transactions. Staff was insanely rude and tried gaslighting me.

I went to Shero Nail in May for a gel manicure and I like how it turned out HOWEVER when I went back to get the gel removed, I found out that the technician had completely filed off a layer of my nails when they did the manicure. I could clearly see, once the gel was removed, that the nail underneath was a different layer than the rest of my nails. I can see the indent. It has been four months since that manicure and the affected nails have not yet grown out. My nails are still not back to normal.
