I spoke to Tim early in the week about my boat and SeaDoo. He sent Andrew over to troubleshoot. He was back the next day with the necessary parts and had both the boat and SeaDoo up and running. Very pleased with the service provided. This is my second experience with Sherm’s, both positive. I will use them again.
BIG Shout out to Sherm's Boat Service! We are on vacation here from NC and broke down mid way through the week and had to get towed in. A friend referred us to Sherm's and Tim sent Andrew over the next morning to diagnose and repair the boat in short order. We were able to continue enjoying our vacation on the water AND I didn't have to worry about how I was getting the boat to a ramp to get it home to NC either!!! If you are vacationing or full time resident and need a shop be sure to check out Sherm's
Saved my lake vacation week by coming out and fixing my issue the same day! The tech, Andrew, was awesome, very knowledgeable and friendly! Thank you so much!!!!
Had a problem with my pontoon boats transom and heard about Tim from a neighbor. He was out to look at the boat within a few hours, had it fixed within a few days and delivered the boat back to us so we could get back out as fast as possible. Great service, will use them again when the need arises.
First place I have found that will actually respond quickly. The service has been top notch so far. Finally found a Go To for boat and Ski work!
