Took my RV into have the front cap restored and polished. Asked for a quote to have the whole fifth wheel detailed on the exterior. They proceeded to start detailing the entire unit without giving me a quote. After many unanswered calls to the owner, he text me to negotiate a lower price for the work that wasn't approved.
