Very helpful and honest staff.
The owner and his wife seem very nice. The only issue is one of their mechanics sold me parts on Facebook marketplace for my car. I asked him if the parts would fit my car and he said yes they would. I met with him and bought them. Got home and found out they did not fit my car. Went to Sherman's automotive to confront him after he wouldn't message me back. He refused to make the situation right and told me it's my fault for not knowing they were the wrong parts. Told me to take him to court about it. He's a very dishonest m... read more
Issue with registration and insurance, turns out that information needs update on their computer, but is in part my spouses fault for keeping old papers. The staff are outstanding though and the mechanics really know what to do and offer advice. Kudos to Justin for alerting me to things I can get fixed in the near future.
Very kind people, awesome work at a very reasonable price.
Excellent service, so glad we found them for all of our vehicles. We have taken all our vehicles to them probably over 10 times now.They are spot on with diagnostic,very kind and incredibly reasonable prices. We're glad we found them! Highly recommend!
