I was referred to this shop last week by a body shop. I walked into the shop, where a man was standing behind the counter, holding a personal conversation with another female employee. When I walked in towards the desk, I was not greeted in any sort of way. I said hello. The man look at me and barely spoke. Never asked how he could help me. We were traveling from NC to Florida on vacation. We had car trouble and a local recommended Sherman's Automotive. Sherman and staff were very friendly and rearranged their day to get us back on the road. As I watched them interact with their customers they treated all with respect. I am very thankful for the great work they did and the hospitality they showed as we waited to get back on the road.
I took my car there for oil leaks. Mr. Sherman is knowledgeable and honest. Very upfront. The ladies in the front are like family
