Great customer service service. We were in a bind for our handicap accicessible van being repaired since my wife is a paraplegic in a wheelchair. We rely on it to make her many medical appointments. Sherman's worked it in to their busy schedule and got the van back to us the next day. Repairs were reasonable in our estimation. We will definitely be back to use their business. They are very friendly and easy to do business with. We have them to be very trustworthy and honest. They always try to get us best prices on parts.

This is my second major engine jib theyve done for me in the last 10 years. Yes, im exceptionally hard on my vehicles. I thought i needed an oil pump replaced, and talked to a couple shops. Everybody telling me basically the same thing, i was looking at a new motor due to all the symptoms and mileage. I went back to shermans since they did great work my first visit 10 years back. I went to get my car checked because I was told I had a transmission leak and I told the guy what I was told. When I took my car it was driving ok but when I picked it up from them and put it in drive it started to roll back like it was in reverse and I had to press the gas pedal to the floor for my car to go and it was not doing that this morning when I called they gonna tell me on the thing they did would drive the car around the block and looked under the hood. I was referred to this shop last week by a body shop. I walked into the shop, where a man was standing behind the counter, holding a personal conversation with another female employee. When I walked in towards the desk, I was not greeted in any sort of way. I said hello. The man look at me and barely spoke. Never asked how he could help me. He and the other employee continued their conversation as I stood across the counter and waited for them to finish their.
