Ian provided excellent service and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I spoke with him twice, and each time he was very helpful and patient. I really appreciated that he didn’t pressure us into making a purchase, which made the experience much more comfortable. I would definitely consider working with him again if I need more furniture in the future.
