I've gone here for a year and the ladies at the front desk are awesome. My PA/PCP is great, the nurses are great, the lady who draws the blood, she's not super friendly but she's great and you can tell she knows what she is doing. Overall it's a good place to go when needed. It's often crowded and it's not your typical VA but it's a CBOC, what can you expect. I am hoping one day they're able to make it a bit bigger and get more staff, but I am happy with how it is. With that said: The only reason they're getting 2 stars knoc... read more
I have to say I am pleasantly surprised with how well run this place is. I have been registered at many different outpatient clinics across Texas and I have NEVER been able to make an appointment to see my doctor within the same week, nonetheless the same month even! Unlike other VA experiences I've had, this place actually seems to care about me getting better and helping me with my issues, 5 stars guys, 5 stars!

This has been the most unpleasant and unprofessional Doctor's office I have ever worked with, and i am not even the patient, my husband is. The doctor was more than just rude to me and the staff retaliated on my husband for the complaint he left regarding this behavior, which is illegal. My husband and I have mentioned the retaliation to multiple supervisors and nothing has been done, not even a change of doctor that sees him.
