A 5 star review is long overdue for Sherman and his crew. My boyfriend and I have been taking our vehicles to ONLY Sherman for the past couple of years since we moved up to the area. That goes for inspections, unsettling performance while driving, lifter ticks, worn hoses/water pump replacements- he has always came through with the best advice/course of action for any repair. Sherman’s a great mechanic. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.
Sherman repaired my son’s truck and he worked diligently to inspect and address all issues. I feel confident to send my son his truck to Washington State knowing that it is in safe, working order. Sherman and his team are simply the best! Would highly recommend them. He is fair, honest and takes the time to explain everything in depth so you understand what’s going on with your vehicle.
I had just driven 2 1/2 hours into a new town. I wanted to get my vehicle checked out after the trip. He told me he couldn’t let me leave in good conscience that I needed immediate repair! He worked on my vehicle for 15 minutes. Charged me $300! Luckily I videoed the part he told me was so dangerous. All it needed was to be tightened! But he said I needed to replace. Once again Sherman and his team were fantastic. Needed an expensive repair on my jeep (transfer case which I knew would be expensive). Sherman hunted for the best price on a replacement. They got it done for the quoted price.
