I would give them 4.5 stars if possible. Overall the process was very smooth. The sales rep was very patient with our numerous design changes. Everyone we dealt with from start to finish was courteous and professional. The pole building was done quite well and I have no significant complaints about the construction. The reason for 4 stars is that there were some issues that were poorly communicated to us and which led to some problems.
