Dr. Barsam and his staff were incredibly professional and friendly. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Dr. Barsam has a gentle touch and was always checking to make sure that we felt at ease during the procedure. Office is clean and beautiful. Highly recommend!!!
Dr. Raffi and all of the staff are the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. They make my dental experience so pleasant and believe it or not, I look forward to my visits. They listen to everything I have to say and give respect to my questions, comments and concerns. It’s not easy for me to trust someone with my teeth 🦷 but they have made be feel comfortable and I’m confident that my smile is in the best hands!
I've been seeing Dr. Barsam at Sherman Oaks Dental Aesthetics for over 20 years, and I can't imagine going anywhere else. From the moment you step inside, you feel at ease. My experience with Dr. Barsam was extremely disappointing. The office staff was unprofessional, and the wait times were excessive despite having an appointment. Dr. Barsam was inconsistent with his word on pricing, which left me feeling frustrated and misled. He seemed rushed during the consultation, barely explaining the procedure or answering my questions. Referred by my coworkers. I have had the good fortune of having Dr Barsam as my dentist. I had an emergency I called and they were able to fit me in. At Sherman Oaks Dental Aesthetics everyone is very friendly. Overall best experience possible. Highly recommended
