I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I was given at this oral surgeons office. Let me start with the front desk. Staff Josie was incredibly knowledgeable, super helpful, super friendly, and very professional. She helped navigate a lot of insurance issues that I was having with other offices and was very patient with me and made sense of a lot of nonsense. Other officers were giving me. This office is a scam! They overbook appointments, leaving no room for personal attention to patients. My insurance contacted this office to confirm if they could perform a tooth extraction for my 5-year-old son. They assured us they could and scheduled the appointment—so I waited almost a month. On the day of the appointment, they did an X-ray and a quick teeth polishing, only for the doctor to inform me that my son needed to see a pediatric dentist instead. Both my partner and I can’t say enough great things about this office! It is rare to find a medical office where everyone, including the office staff are amazing. It’s so comforting to know that it’s always going to be a stress free experience, both in person and over the phone. Having to deal with the financial side of things and insurance is always stressful, but the staff here is unbelievably patient and understanding.
