Doctor Sherman Julie’s receptionist Monica is very rude and knows that her behavior will remained unchecked because she is the patients only path to make contact with the Dr. It is obvious that she remains unsupervised bc there is no way she would be allowed to conduct herself in such a manor otherwise. I have tried to report this to the doctor but Monica intercepts every call or correspondence to the office. With her in charge and being unmonitored they will lose many patients. Service is not good. They rescheduled my appointment twice and not too sure why. There’s a phone link for your appointment but the link doesn’t work. Not a very professional place.
Found a condition that several other doctors ignored. Very thankful
I appreciate seeing the same Dr in a small, local office. I've taken my children and we all get great care and referrals here
