Just terrible always. Nurses here have no customer service skills don’t smile not kind to those who are in pain and the only reason they come to the hospital. They take forever to come to your room and give you meds. Just an awful place and the nurses make it worse.

Front desk makes fun of newborn parents Theres a person screaming in agony and they didn't help the guy and just let him lay there Person with a active infection waiting for 7 hours DO NOT GO HERE UNRPROFESSIONAL THE FRONT DESK GIRLS WERE SO RUDE AND YELLING AT PEOPLE

I was hospitalized at Sherman Hospital for a few days due to an asthma flare-up. The medical team was excellent and successfully treated the attack, but there was a nurse named Maggie who stood out; she treated me with such kindness and humanity, showing compassion and providing help that went far beyond the standard call of duty. I left Sherman Hospital today. I was very impressed with the care I received. My nurses were excellent and responded promptly when I used the call button. The surgical tech that cared for me was very personal and professional.
