If I could give it a zero I would. My father dislocated his finger and it’s been hours before anyone has came to us. They haven’t checked in or anything. No sympathy or anything, but they seem to be goofing around outside of the room.
2 nurses were terrible at this hospital. I don’t usually write any type of reviews at all but I felt like writing one this time. 1 lady with glasses and short that was very rude to us as soon as we came in. She straight up harassed us and made us feel unwelcome, we weren’t at the hospital for no reason , we were there because a family member was giving birth and she ruined our experience. Went here unfortunately with severe kidney stone pain. Probably got to a room in less than 30 minutes. Easy check-in and clean. Person taking blood clearly needs training poked about three times in my right arm which I give plasma every week for 2 years and have never bruised and had to go to the left arm which I have a small bruise from. Was dry heaving for 2 hours from pain. Nurse said she would check on medicine but none came. Different nurse said she would bring a pillow and blanket never came.
