Superb experiences with Sherman Homes. They have completed two major projects for us and the results are beautiful. The first involved major structural engineering of a portion of our home. A large part of the upper floor was remodeled, including master bath and bedroom. Excellent tile work, wood flooring, lighting and stucco. The second included designing and construction of a covered cement outdoor deck. It's been 7 years since Mike and his amazing crew built our house and we are still so happy and thrilled with our home. Mike was available for our questions and on top of everything every step of the way. His meticulous records and expense tracking kept us on budget and the house was delivered on time and in beautiful condition. We have had absolutely no major problems in the last 7 years. Mike still makes himself available to us for questions about maintenance and referrals for getting normal wear and tear fixes taken care ... read more
Mike Sherman and his crew are great to work with. Their work is outstanding and his subs are excellent. Working with Mike, Nestor, and Ben was a breeze. Mike’s attention to detail and his recommendations are spot on for the high quality that he works hard to deliver. I would highly recommend Sherman Homes Construction for your dream home project.

Recently did a major renovation with Sherman Homes including full demo down to studs inside and out, added new covered outdoor space with outdoor kitchen, and a complete redesign of the interior from top to bottom. The hands-on approach of the team was tremendously valuable, especially during difficult decisions where their advice was spot on! Mike, the owner, and Ben, the foreman were very knowledgeable, and always available and reliable when you need them the most! Very appreciative of the partnership and thrilled with the... read more
