Stone, my service representative, did an outstanding job providing exceptional customer service. He was very kind, patient, was clear on the cost and time it would take to complete the service, and kept me apprised of the status of my truck during the service. The truck was even cleaned before it was returned. I would highly recommend Sherman Chevy's Service Center.

Got an estimate done, guy guessed what was wrong. Couldn't show me the problem. Just said that was MOST likely the problem. Wasted 125 bucks for a diagnostic that didn't tell me anything
