The first time was waiting too long, nearly 3 hours. BUT the doctor and the stuff were nice. I have the appointment yesterday (Dec 10), but they didn't inform me they were no longer at Manhattan office. So, I wasted 2 hours to and from my living place and got nothing. They sent me the text message to confirm yesterday appointment, but no mentioned they don't have Manhattan office. The test message was written at 139 Center Street office. Dr. Sherman Chan is truly an amazing doctor. From the very first visit, I felt cared for, listened to, and respected. He takes the time to explain everything in a way that is easy to understand, and his bedside manner and thoroughness make me feel confident I am in the best hands. His staff is just as wonderful — kind, patient, and attentive — which makes every appointment a comfortable and reassuring experience. I am deeply grateful for Dr. Chan and his team, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly.
Jenny was very professional and put me at ease. Dr. Chan took time to listen to my concerns and made sure I understood my treatment plan. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.
from the time I entered the office all staff treated me with care and made me feel comfortable then I met Dr Chan he was very amazing explaining everything in detail after examination taking time making sure I understood everything then finalizing by asking if I had any questions Thank you Dr Chan
The Nurse was very curtious friendly and very attentive, the receptionist was attentive to my needs, theDr was very Sweet and friendly
