Really enjoyed going here, haircut was great. Customer service was less than desirable. Unfortunately, there was an instance where Hannah had to cancel on me at the last minute. However, I would have appreciated it if she could have offered to find a suitable time for me in the near future, rather than simply stating that she was fully booked and write me off.
Hannah is an amazing barber! The shop atmosphere is pleasant, and she pays attention to the little details to ensure you have the best experience during the service. Hannah is a professional- my fiancé is very particular about his cut yet she always tops his expectations!
Horrible customer service. She robbed me for 16 dollars. I hope the place goes bankrupt
