The first year I was in business, he filed my company under the wrong entity and cost my partner and I close to $20K in taxes, not to mention his ungodly, unjustified rate. We switched accountants and only owe a few hundred in taxes now. We almost lost our business due to his incompetence. He did the same exact thing to my close friend who is also a small business owner. Stay far, far away from this company.
Very disappointed with them. I scheduled an appt for the company I work for to meet with Angela on a Monday. Due to a family emergency the appt was rescheduled for the following Thursday, which is completely understandable as things happen. We kept the appt for Thursday and Angela was still not available but we met with the CEO, I believe. I was quoted a price of $325 to $550 for their services. I paid $525 and that was all I was billed. 2 months later they added an additional $210. I never received a bill for this until I received a late notice. This company is shady. Beware!
