Looked at their refurbished single wide selection in anticipation of a settlement check, the cheapest one was under 30k and for some unknown reason that same home despite nothing else selling and no additional work a month and half later is now 43k. How the hell you gonna almost double the cost in 6 weeks for no apparent reason
