DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Bought a house from them and before delivery all the insulation on 1/4 of the house disappeared. When I addressed it to them they said it was like that when I bought it and refused to do anything about it. They already had my cash so I was stuck and they didn't care. When delivering the house they drove very fast down my gravel driveway causing all the sheetrock on both sections on the inside walls fell in. The living room ceiling fan fell. My sister and I got a house from there less than a year ago. It was delivered December of 2024. Since getting it we've had a lot of problems. The house looked good but I HIGHLY recommend you have a professional time inspection it. Plumbing wasn't included, which we were unaware of but it was in the fine print. They did set us up with that for our 1 time service visit. The electric worked in half the house which they also fixed for that visit.
