I was apprehensive about getting cosmetic services again after having some unwanted side effects with another provider, but I decided to try SHADe because of the positive online reviews. I had a custom facial with Sarah. She did an amazing job! She was very sweet and gentle! And the front office staff is very sweet and check in often leading up to your appointment and a check in as well afterwards! Highly recommend SHADe.
Alisa Schavlinskiy and Shades crew were able to get me in at the last minute when I had some scheduling constraints, thank you! I normally see (and LOVE) Sherisse. Since I trust Sherisse, I had confidence in her chosen counterpart. Alisa was professional, warm, unhurried, and approachable. I felt that she listened to my goals and acted accordingly. She also reviewed my previous treatment and was prepared when I arrived. Another fantastic experience with the whole kit and caboodle!
I've been seeing Sherisse Hill for several years and I am a loyal customer of hers! I'm happy that she has expanded to offer more services and have more staff. I recently saw Sarah for a facial and am already looking forward to my next one! Sarah took the time to listen to my skin concerns and definitely made me feel comfortable. I could tell she was experienced and knowledgeable. Throughout the facial she would clearly explain the treatments and checked in on how my skin was feeling. I was very happy with my immediate and lasting results! The SHADE office space is clean, bright, professional, and all the staff I have interacted with have been amazing!
