Dr Charles is very personable, thorough, and listens to all concerns I might have. She explains things in a non-condescending way and provides me with all my options to make the best decision for myself
The most horrible experience ever!!!! I booked an appointment as a new patient 3 weeks ago to see the doctor on Feb 7th. No one called me back from this location for 3 weeks!! To confirm or change my appointment. Then, suddenly!! they call me a day before my appointment to tell me i have to call another location to book my doctor's appointment for another day!! because the doctor doesn't come to this location on fridays!! Are you kidding me!!!! And you waited a whole three weeks before you called to tell me that!!!
At the risk of sounding dramatic, this was hands down the best medical experience I’ve had. I genuinely dread going to the doctor as I am a bit overweight and I’ve had plenty experiences with medical invalidation in the past. From the time I entered, Joclyn was friendly, patient and efficient. Next Dr. Charles was so warm and welcoming.
