I have never been to a physician who is so removed from providing healthcare. It’s like going to a robot. No compassion, no concern, and very disinterested. She prescribed a medication that caused me to have serious side effects. When I called her back she was not interested with my side effects. She told me she couldn’t assist me with the issues I was experiencing from the medication she prescribed. She expressed that my side effects weren’t anything she knew about treating. If you only need basic care like yearly screenings she’s just fine. I found her to lack compassion.
I have been a patient of Dr Olivier for many years. She is an excellent physician and I have always trusted her speed and accuracy. Although I now live in Covington,I still travel to Lakeview to see her and now the Lakeview family practice is being moved further down Robt E Lee towards Gentility! Guess I’ll need a Kevlar jacket to go to this Ochsner location!
