Pam is the agent I always ask for and she is the best insurance agent I have ever met
My insurance had been there for 36 years.
Miss Pat is extremely helpful
She cancelled our insurance without telling us I just find out when I call the insurance. So we are driving our cars without insurance for weeks . And she reported us to the DMV that we do not have insurance. I went to that agents office before it say open at 8:00 and I got there a little past 8:00 and wait until past 9:30 almost 10:00 o’clock. So when she finally got to parking lot she open her car door and telling me ( angrily ) to move my car cause she park where I park . She’s so mean! I don’t recommend this agents.
The woman who used to actually work the office knows how to do her job but is one of the most rudest agents I've ever encountered. Also, good luck emailing this agent during the pandemic because you'll NEVER get a response. I don't recommend this business at all. I hope they get rid of the agents that are there now and replace them with people who actually communicate with a kindly manner.
