My experience at Sherika Fitness has been wonderful. Sherika makes working out so fun. I truly enjoy her energy and genuine spirit. Sherika and her team are so supportive and always motivate you to keep going!!! This program has changed my life and I truly appreciate all the encouragement, advice, and health tips in preserving and living a healthy life!

I have done workout programs before, but nothing like this. To walk into a gym and see women of different ages shapes and sizes motivating each other and working together is encouraging mentally as well as spiritually. Sharika is great at working with groups and individually. She has motivated me to do more and want more from myself. I look forward to working out and being around women of the same mindset. I thank God for her and her desire to see women in the best shape

I started my healthier me journey in March 2024 with Sherika Fitness. My 50th Birthday would have been in 4 months and I was also trying to change my life around other health issues and in preparation for surgery this December. I walked in the door 4 months ago taking HBP meds and diabetes meds for my A1C. I've lost weight, I only need half the strength of my blood pressure meds and my A1C is NO LONGER in the pre-diabetic range!
