GET A BILL IN THE MAIL FOR $645 IN ADDITION TO ER BILL OF $1800 THROUGH PAYMENTS MD. NO SERVICES EXPLAINED. IT WAS FOR DR SHOUKRY WHO I HAVE NEVER MET. I HAD TO PAY THIS BILL OR RISK A COLLECTION ON MY CREDIT. THIS IS TOTAL BS AND THIS DR SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!!
