The front desk was horrible. I had one appointment for a biopsy...it was cancel becaue the doctor had and emergency, I took the day off for an afternoon appointment. They said called to tell me ut I showed them my call log on my phone....no call from them. Then they tried to give me a new appointment in another month...I had to get a little irate and they gave me another date for that next week...my appointment was at 1pm I didnt get called until 3pm. If they have 0 stars I would do it. First, they make appointments for more people than they can handle it. Totally disrespectful. I arrived and register as a first timer, took a seat in a crowded room. After waiting for 1 hour the lady upfront told me that I'm on the list and I'll be in soon, take a seat again; after the next hour (2 hours wait total), I went to the front again and the lady told me same thing and I ask if I can have a estimated time since I'm there for 2 hours, she batlantly told me that all I need is to wai... read more
Very smart Dr
This is my 3rd visit. Out of the twice I had very bad experience from front desk. Doctor is really good. Waiting time is way more. Disappointing. If I am finding another good doctor. I am changing right away.
