This company is going behind the insurance companies and OUR backs to extort us for more money when the insurance companies have already agreed upon an amount to be paid with this company and it was PAID!!!! I received a bill from a collections agency called Capio partners for this place for $299. Never once received an actual bill from this place. Has anyone else noticed the phone number and the website have been removed?? So how are we supposed to contact them directly to get more information about our bill? The collection agency is clearly useless as well. Im still doing research to see if mine is a scam or an actual insurance mixup.
