This feedback is purely on Alan's poor time management skills which results in a poor service. I understand he's busy but it takes him absolutely ages to reply or to provide a quote. Perhaps a simple 'no I can't/don't want to do it' would be sufficient rather than leaving vulnerable elderly customers waiting.

I got three quotes and accepted Sheridan's they were on time and on price,no hidden cost,left the place clean an tidy, very rear these days , I will definitely recommend them
