This was my childhood home. My parents and I lived here for 8 years. My unit had a garage and 4bd 3 baths. Management would come and go. Cars would occasionally get broken into. But other than that this community has a great family dynamic. All the neighborhood kids play outside and build relationships that last forever. Tenants stay for long amounts of time. I wish they would add more amenities like a pool or gym. Still would recommend to anyone that is of low income
