I have lived here for seven years. I love this place. The management, front desk people, and maintenance are very kind and friendly. It is peaceful and quiet, and close to grocery stores (Aldi, WholeFoods, Target all within 10-15 minutes walk). Easily accessible via public transport--bus stops a few steps aways from the building, and the train only 10 minutes-walk away.
Building is run and maintained extremely well. Very clean, very secure with helpful and friendly staff. Many units have spectacular views of Lake Michigan and or Loyola University campus. Full amenity building.
Kudos to the staff here. Amazing management and the entire team.
Excellent building! Renos to common areas have been impeccably executed. All staff are helpful and personable. Thoughtfully managed to maximize efficiency and comfort for all owners/residents. Good mix of owners/renters.
