I worked with Sheridan a few months back for the purpose of repairing a gas line feeding an outdoor grill that was damaged by a fencing contractor. Probably not accepting new customers I needed a new Heater, the salesperson came for an estimate and promptly provided the estimate. I wanted to have a quick chat before signing the contract. However, after several calls to the company, I couldn't get anyone to call me back. Looks like the company is not keen to get new customers or something else is going on in the company. Either way they should have told that before wasting time and energy from both side.

Joe from Sheridan is a consummate professional. He has been out to our apartment both for AC and heating repairs. Previously, our landlord used a different company and they came out a few years in a row for AC repairs, but they never really fixed the issue. When Joe from Sheridan came out, he fixed our individual unit and then even though it was his lunch hour, he stayed to look at the outdoor unit.
