One of the worst place to visit especially for checkup. Literally online websites says it opens till 3:30 i went there on 1:30 they said its close come on Tuesday What is this, what if someone need urgent medical needs. The receptionist is extremely rude. She don’t know how to deal with people who visit there. I called before and the call was rejected and i thought it might be busy but when i went there and i was asking for an appointment and she very rudely rejected and said they can’t book it now , i have to come another day. I understand that but atleast have some adequate and nice expressions while talking to someone. Worst experience ever.
Punjabi lady with the glasses needs to be trained on how to talk to the customer decently. The Worst experience at this location. So Rude for no reason.
Actually I am suffering from flu ,but receptionist give the other person earlier then me and I waited for 2 hour .its so disappointing that they don’t care about that person who come earlier must visit doc earlier rather then other one
