Lily was the best very polite and did a great job!!!
I've been living here with my wife for the last 2 years and everything was great until packages start to be missing. At first we understand that one or two times can be a mistake but after the 5th package lost it became a serious issue. The respond we got from the leasing office workers was they are not responsible and can't do anything about it. It's really frustrating because this place has everything to be perfect. Update OCT 21 2025 It's been getting better and packages stay where they should no matter when pick up.
I’m not a current resident, but I was a prospective one. I toured the property with Lilly. She was very welcoming and pleasant to speak with. The community itself is large, with numerous amenities and resident events, and everything appeared clean and well-maintained. The apartments are also quite nice. That said, I was surprised by the number of additional fees such as being charged 9% of the building’s total water use instead of a flat rate, as well as various activation and monthly maintenance fees. I want to give a huge shoutout to Susan Gonzales and Luis Perez for their outstanding commitment to excellence! We had an emergency with bedroom flooding due to some external plumbing work, and they handled everything promptly and professionally. At every step, they made sure all our concerns were addressed and that we felt completely comfortable. Their friendly approach and dedication turned a stressful situation into a smooth experience.
