I’ve been living at Sheridan for about six months now, and overall I’ve had a very good experience. I especially want to mention Carlos from the leasing office, who was very helpful and honest when explaining all the lease details from the beginning. I really appreciated that. I’m very happy with my two bedroom, two bathroom apartment, and in general everything has been working well. Another thing I want to highlight is the maintenance service. Sharon, the office manager, and Bridgette, her supervisor, clearly do not care about the residents of this community. Last Saturday, I got home from work at 1:00 AM and was unable to find parking because around 15 parking spaces were being occupied by the construction work. I drove around the condominium several times and still could not find a single available spot. With no other option, I parked my car on the corner by the sidewalk.. At 3:00 AM, my car was towed. This place was great when we first moved in now they kinda suck. Maintenance team is awesome though always nice and come quick so A+to them. Now negatives are there is no where to park. Imagine coming home from a shift at 11 pm and you have to park buildings away than they take away 15 spots because they’re fixing a seawall, and now they wanna send threats about towing all of a sudden when there is no where to park here. Most of the office staff are pretty friendly, but management seems way more interested in sending out stern emails than actually DOING THEIR JOB. They’re always emailing people about apartment rules: who should and shouldn’t use the tennis courts, no parking on the grass, pool rules, guest limits, loud music, all of that. Great Place if you like dated apartments, mold, and even rusted light fixtures and cabinets that have water damage, obnoxious neighbors and you can’t enjoy outside because of the noseeums. The Office is a nightmare especially Liz she’s annoying and unhelpful and be careful they charge you for their insurance and you pay the entire buildings water.
