The PA is fantastic and all of the support staff are lovely. However, Dr. Carlson and the office systems are way behind the times. He is not in a network of providers which means that all specialist records are not integrated and he does not read them. There have been several mis-medications bc he did refer to specialist notes. During annual appointments, he asks for self-report from an elder with dementia and does not look at her body. No exam of skin, ears, nothing. Does not seem to care about elderly imo, does not act professionally and that includes some of his staff Bill ins for phone appts that last ten minutes and that is without giving results to important tests. Question him on that and he will discharge you from his office. I personally have never experienced this kind of awful care with any doctor or specialist in my life. If you have elderly parents especially, go somewhere else.

Do not go here. Most unprofessional neglectful dr office I have ever encountered in my life. They 100 percent do not care for patients, return calls at end of day, show no concern what so ever for your well being, charge insurance for 5 minute phone calls. This place needs to be closed down. Dr Carlson you should hold your head in shame. I have worked with Dr.Carlson for 3 years now and I can say he is wonderful to work with. He genuinely cares so much about every one of his patients and his practice. They treat their employees great !
