Lies to their renters and new lease signers, lets the apartments flood every time it rains and doesn’t fix anything. They do not care about any of their tenants. Do not rent here. Disgusting
When my apartment got roaches manager made aware and he did nothing for 2 months by the time something was done whole building was infested. Nothing is ever fixed even little things and the slim chance they are fixed it takes months. Grass is only cut near building with weed eater so grass near building gets high. My apartment had holes in the siding and water would collect on the tall grass and go into the holes soaking the wood and months before I moved out it was through to the drywall.
