When my apartment got roaches manager made aware and he did nothing for 2 months by the time something was done whole building was infested. Nothing is ever fixed even little things and the slim chance they are fixed it takes months. Grass is only cut near building with weed eater so grass near building gets high. My apartment had holes in the siding and water would collect on the tall grass and go into the holes soaking the wood and months before I moved out it was through to the drywall. Unfriendly neighbors, traffic in and out every 5 minutes, building is falling apart. Weeds in gutters, windows ate so dirty you can't see out them, and can't clean them because they are old dbl pane windows, and 3 place have flooded and they tell you to you should have renters insurance. We moved out and would never go back. Your mail also has the same address as the house on the corner and you won't get all you mail or packages. They keep them. Do NOT rent here!
