I go there to pick up my Zipcar. Can't speak much on their other services but some guys are super friendly. They take care of the cars well from what I can see. If I hear anything more I'll let you know
Not very well lighted, and when picking up a Zipcar, you barely have enough room to inspect the car. I've been to some, although light also was not so great, but with a handy flashlight, at least you were able to inspect the vehicle, for dents, scratches, broken parts. Etc.
